TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Health and safety

you have agreed to use the premises as it is. You are aware that building is still under renovation and agreed to take responsibility for health and safety. e.g your own insurance

2. Security:

you must get a security person that will assist in safety of environment. For example, traffic controllers of cars, entrance gate for brothers and sisters etc.

3. Cleaning:

you have agreed to keep the halls of the centre clean immediately after used. All rubbish must be taken away. No debris should be left behind, all dirty must be taken away. Please note that the usage of MUSLAF industrial bin will cost €50 for the bin collection. This must be paid directly into Muslaf Bank Account IE42BOFI90103653932709 and reference it Bin

Toilets must be clean immediately after events. WARNING ! You must not do any form of oil washing or any washing what so ever in the toilets. This is to prevent blockage. Serving plates, cups spoons, clothes etc . are not allowed to be washed in the toilets

4. Music:

As an islamic centre, music is not allowed except the one with no instrumentals

5. Alcohol:

All form of alcohol is totally unacceptable. You must not bring alcohol to the vicinity of the centre, directly or indirectly

6. Heating System/Fan

Please note that the building does not have heating system at the moment. You shall provide or arrange for heating system/Fan yourself

7. Self catering:

Presently we do not have kitchen facilities for self-catering. You can only do serving food or package food.

8. Damages :

That I will make sure to my ability that no damage to the Secretariat
